YES Network will provide neighborhood associations and nonprofits with the following services:
The Coordination of:
Affordable program services to youth, families, and neighborhoods.
Quality service delivery through trained direct service providers to youth, families, and neighborhoods.
Policies, processes procedures for delivery of programs to youth, families, and neighborhoods.
Organizing and sharing of resources and activities between neighborhoods, direct service providers & community partners.
Community partners within targeted neighborhoods to support place-based programs and services.
Collaboration Through:
Supporting neighborhood associations to create and broaden community neighborhood networks that empower youth and families.
Building relationships with direct service providers, financial partners, and neighborhood associations for enrichment activities.
Bringing individuals and agencies together for neighborhood action planning.
Compiling contacts, resources, and support systems to benefit youth, families, and neighborhoods.
Creating conditions for teamwork between neighborhood stakeholders that results in sustained relationships.
Capacity-Building By:
Providing education & trainings to direct services providers, neighborhood associations and the community through the Leadership Training Institute.
Providing access to human, funding, and programmatic resources to empower youth, families, and neighborhoods.
Delivery of effective management services to direct service providers.
The Mobilization Of:
Direct service providers into targeted neighborhoods to provide programs and services that build neighborhood connections and empower youth and families.
Information about community resources to targeted neighborhoods.
