At the beginning of December 2016 the call was published for awarding grants to civil society organisations to support entrepreneurship among young people from ethnic minorities, within the project ‘Together for Success: young entrepreneurs, a driving force for good inter-ethnic relations’, funded by the European Union. In order to enable representatives of civil society organisations to become better acquainted with the call and the eligibility criteria regarding the submission of their project proposals, four information sessions (info days) have been organised across the country, as follows:
1. Skopje, hotel Holiday Inn, December 13th
2. Tetovo, Educational center ‘Netting’, December 15th
3. Bitola, Youth Cultural Center, December 19th
4. Stip, restaurant ‘Longurov’, December 20th
During the events, an outline of the project was presented and the representatives of the project partners and the project manager gave an overview of the open call for grants that will be awarded to civil society organisations. In addition, participants were invited to ask questions in order to give clarifications for parts of the criteria, how to apply and other details of the call. The formal part of the events was followed by a networking cocktail to enable participants to mingle, introduce among themselves and discuss possible cooperation regarding the application of project proposals to the call.
Around 200 representatives of civil society organisations attended the 4 info days. Photos can be found at the following link: http://www.yes-network.org/galerija-info-denovi-zaedno-za-uspeh-povik/.
