Youth Empowerment Services Network empowers positive change in at-risk youth in the Tucson and Pima County community by creating strategic partnerships with local community-based and faith-based agencies that deliver effective program services to youth and families. Our model is designed to effectively decrease costs associated with running non-profits independently while simultaneously increasing the number of children positively impacted through multiple program services.

We value adequate sponsorship for our strategic partners, therefore we distribute an average of 80% of all funding to program services (deliverd by partners) and retain 20% for administrative services.
Each of the agencies that work with us commit themselves to actively participating in joint advertising, marketing, fundraising, grant-writing and the use of administrative services. This format stretches our supporter's dollars further and effectively reaches more youth and families through various services.
