Through the Leadership Training Institute community members and nonprofit agencies gain access to helpful resources and education to help develop and execute successful programming.
The Leadership Training Institute works with professionals to mobilize neighborhood specific workshops on Leadership Skills, Community Engagement, Fundraising, and Planning.
Additionally, the Leadership Training Institute has partnered with Good Neighbor Ventures, to offer trainings to nonprofits in regards to Decreasing and Preventing Crime,Increasing Healthly Lifestlyles, Increasing Educational Success, and Increasing Job Skills and Employment.
Participants in the Leadership Training Institute build an understanding and skills in collaborating and creating strategic relationships with other community-based agencies or community leaders throughout Tucson and Pima County.
YES Network is currently working in Myers, Amphi, and Jefferson Park Neighborhoods.
Coordination of Compass Behavioral Health Care, Live Theatre Workshop, and Single Parents Are Not Alone to deliver after school programs at Myers-Ganoung Elementary.
Collaboration between Myers Neighborhood Association, nonprofits, Myers-Ganoung Elementary School, and Connecting Communities Foundation to decrease and prevent crime.
Jefferson Park Neighborhood
Coordination of Watershed Management Group to implement a water harvesting site in the neighborhood.

Coordination of La Paloma Family Services to deliver a Job Readiness Training program at Woods Memorial Library located in the neighborhood.

YES Network also coordinates drop-out prevention through the LIFT Program:
LIFT is a drop-out prevention progam that began in 2008 with only 5 students yet grew to help 26 students from 10 different schools during the 2010-2011 school year. The program that has helped 16 students fulfill their academic dream of graduating, continues to grow and assist more students.
